- You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, and a further 14 days to return them (28 days total).

Unwanted Items
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- The buyer is responsible for return postage costs for unwanted items.
- We recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning items.
Faulty or Damaged Items
- All our products are covered by a 3-month guarantee against manufacturing faults.
- If your item is faulty or damaged, we will provide either an exchange or a full refund once the item has been returned and inspected.
- Return postage for faulty or damaged items will be covered by us.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned goods.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty, damaged, or incorrectly sent.
- If you paid using Klarna, refunds will be processed according to Klarna’s terms.
Exemptions
We cannot accept returns on:
- Used items or items not returned in their original packaging.
- Personalised or custom-made items.
- Hygiene-sensitive products if they have been opened or used.
