• We make every effort to display product descriptions, specifications, and images accurately. However, slight variations may occur.
• All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw or update products without notice.

Orders & Payments

• Orders are accepted once payment has been received in full.
• We accept payment via PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, and Klarna.
• All prices are displayed in GBP. We are not VAT registered, therefore no VAT is charged on our products.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if there is an error in pricing, availability, or payment processing.

Shipping & Delivery

• We currently ship across the United Kingdom using Royal Mail and Evri.
• Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, but delays outside our control may occur.
• You will receive tracking details where available once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

• You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt and return the goods within a further 14 days, in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations (28 days total).
• Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or damaged.
• Faulty items are covered by our 3-month guarantee. We will provide an exchange or refund once the faulty item is returned. Return postage for faulty goods is covered by us.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after receipt of the return.

Liability

Our liability to you is limited to the price paid for the products purchased. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage.

Intellectual Property

All content on our Website, including text, images, graphics, and logos, is owned by or licensed to Shower Supplies. You may not reproduce or use any content without our written permission.
